LogLogic®, the leader in security and log management, today announced continued growth in the fourth quarter, closing out a solid year for the company. Following a more than 57 percent increase in the third quarter, overall bookings were up an additional 12 percent in the fourth quarter. This is highlighted by the addition of over 50 new customers.
The quarter also marked the roll out of LogLogic’s new line of appliances for storage area networks and a partnership with leading networking and communications distributors Westcon Group in North America and Wick Hill in the United Kingdom.
In addition, LogLogic’s pioneering innovation in the log management market was recognised in the fourth quarter with a patent grant for a system and method for storing raw log data (U.S. Patent 7599939). This adds to LogLogic’s base of intellectual property.
“LogLogic has demonstrated consistent growth during a difficult year for the IT industry,” said CEO Guy Churchward. “With the continuing rise in security breaches and the need for regulatory compliance, our customers are prioritising security and rely on LogLogic’s industry-leading log management platform and full suite of security solutions to keep their IT operations secure and running smoothly while proving regulatory compliance.”
He added: “The EMEA region did particularly well last quarter and we’ve attracted many new clients as well as further investment from our existing customer base.”
Over 50 customers made LogLogic a key component of their security and log management strategy in Q4, including: ADP, Hard Rock Cafe International, Nelnet, U.S. Army, U.S. Customs & Border Patrol, U.S. Navy and Xerox. LogLogic’s success was mirrored internationally with the addition of customers like 100% Banco and Grupo TMM in Latin America and Mexico and Crédit Agricole and TeleComputing in Europe.
In December LogLogic also launched the ST2020 SAN, its new enterprise-class log management solution for fibre channel-switched storage area networks.
